Queen bees complaint

In the case where the queen bee has been damaged during transport, it is necessary to send photographic documentation on receipt of the shipment, and immediate return of the damaged or dead queen. In such a situation, as soon as possible, we will send a replacement free of charge upon approval of your photographs.

Additionally, in the case of mated queen bees, if the queen for some reason does not begin to lay eggs after 10 days from the introduction, is the possibility of a free exchange, or a refund. This must be brought to our attention prior to returning the queen to deem your issue valid.
